Shipping, Returns & Refunds


Shipping times and costs:

- after payment confirmation, orders will be delivered in Portugal mainland within 1-3 days between 9:00 and 19:00

- Portugal islands and the Rest of the World deliveries will be determined according to geographical location 

- shipping expenses will be invoiced together with the products (except if there is any promotion campaign going on) 

- we recommend you choose an address that assures the products are delivered to you or someone you trust - from 9:00 to 19:00. It can be a work or public place 

- the shipping company will contact you in case of any delivery issues at the time

- if the products are not delivered, the client will be contacted in order to reschedule the delivery. 


Refunds and returned items must comply with our policies:

- if you want to change or return a product, you should email identifying the invoice number

- to return an item, you should do so within 14 days after you received the order

- the returned item must be in perfect conditions and with no signs of use. It must be sent in the original package including all items it originally contained

- Narra does not take responsibility in case of items loss or damaged during the return process

- in case of return, the client will be refunded the product price
